The FORA Base Reuse Plan is made up of four volumes. With the exception of the Appendices to the Reuse Plan (Volume 3) and response to comments on the EIR, all files are available in an electronic format as Adobe Acrobat files (pdf). For these files, you can search on key word and cut and paste text and graphic images for use in other documents.
